Neil Hawkins, Deputy Director
Neil Hawkins is Professor of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) at the University of Glasgow. Neil received a BSc and PhD in Pharmacology (University of Bristol), Master’s Degrees in Health Economics (York) and Applied Statistics (Sheffield Hallam), and an MBA (University of Oxford and also a Chartered Statistician (Royal Statistical Society, UK). Neil specialises in evidence synthesis and the development of decision analytic models in order to assess the relative and cost-effectiveness of health technologies.
